Adult  gymnastics & trampoline sessions, for ages 16 +.

Sessions run every Sunday from 6pm-8pm

All abilities welcome. You can choose to jump around and just have fun or have one to one guidance from our team of experienced coaches. If you have something in mind you would like to achieve our coaches will be on hand to give you the best advice possible during the sessions.

All lessons are pay as you go and cost £10 per lesson
